Posting and Delivery

  • UK - we will dispatch products within 24 hrs. on weekdays Monday-Friday with Royal Mail, 2nd Class, FREE for UK buyers.
  • For special delivery (eg next day by 1pm) there is a premium postal charge by Royal Mail.
  • Special Postal Charges are selected at the time of ordering.

 

Returns and Refunds

Domestic Returns Accepted

After receiving the item, Buyer should contact JHosiery UK LTD within 30 days
Return postage will be paid by: Buyer

Return Postage

To be re-imbursed if the product has been proven faulty on receipt / inspection by the Buyer, otherwise paid for by the Buyer prior to issue of a goods refund.

Refunds

A goods refund will be arranged for product returns in good, unused and resaleable condition.

International Returns Not Accepted
